1.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without giving reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the products.
1.2 In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to Garbage'En within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, in one of the following ways: sending the returned product / products to our showroom via a selected courier directly appointed by the Customer (the Customer will bear all shipping costs); delivery of the product / products being returned to our showroom (the Customer must deliver the product / products being returned, also showing suitable identification documents). In case of collection of the goods directly in the Boutique, the Customer can return the products to the Boutiques.
1.3 The goods must be returned intact, together with the original packaging (including any accessories, labels, tags, tags, seals, etc.) and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, in accordance with normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
the right of withdrawal can be applied to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (including the accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc ...). for the cases indicated in the preceding points, the shipment of the products, up to the certificate of receipt by Garbage'En, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer. Therefore, in the event of damage to the products during transport, Garbage'En will notify the Customer thereof, so as to enable him to file a timely complaint against the courier and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal or indicating to the customer the decrease in value of the asset and the related repayment; Garbage'En will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case depending on the shipment for the return where it was performed in the manner described in the preceding points.
1.4 Garbage'En will refund the customer the full amount paid within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal. Garbage'En may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.
1.5 Unless otherwise agreed, Garbage'En will reimburse the Customer the full amount paid, using the same payment method used by the Customer. In case of payment in cash, the amount will be returned by bank transfer, using the bank details indicated by the Customer. In any case, the customer will not be charged for the return
1.6 After the return of the products, Garbage'En will make the necessary assessments relating to the compliance of the same to the conditions and terms indicated in this document and if the verifications do not end positively, it will notify the Customer via e-mail, the verified existence of a decrease in the value of the returned products, deriving from the failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions. At the same time Garbage'En will communicate the amount that will be deducted from the refund, without prejudice to the possibility, alternatively, for the Customer to get back, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Garbage'En.
1.7 In case of forfeiture for any reason of the right of withdrawal, Garbage'En will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
